Customers, suppliers and partners came together to celebrate the launch of the new JPS Nottingham AVAIL Housing Hub with a lively open day packed with networking, tours, fundraising and a few construction-themed challenges along the way.

Held at the new purpose-built hub in Netherfield, the event gave guests the chance to explore the new facility and learn more about how JPS is helping housing providers and contractors access materials more simply, quickly and reliably. The day included supplier sessions, guided tours and a fun ‘Builders Blitz’ challenge, which helped raise more than £200 for local charity Reuben’s Retreat.

The event also created an opportunity for customers and suppliers to connect with the JPS team and see first-hand how the new AVAIL Housing Hub has been designed to support smoother day-to-day operations for customers and operatives alike.

Mitchel Sherwood, Branch Manager at JPS Nottingham AVAIL Housing Hub, said: “The event proved to be a great success, bringing together key suppliers and customers to showcase the strong collaborative partnerships we have continued to build and develop.

“It was also a pleasure to support one of our partners, Jigsaw Homes Midlands, and their chosen charity, Reuben’s Retreat. This would not have been possible without the generosity and support of our suppliers and customers, whose donations helped make the raffle and prize giveaways such a success.

“The hub is a fantastic facility for housing providers, contractors and our partners, and the open day was a great opportunity to show the local community what we can offer, as well as saying thank you to our team and partners for making it happen.”
